Mindful and Sounds True Present
Join Jon Kabat-Zinn for an exploration of the question:
"Why Mindfulness Matters—and Why It Might Matter to You!"
This free video is an introduction to Jon’s eight-week online learning intensive, Opening to Our Lives—coming October 2019. In it, you will discover how a regular mindfulness meditation practice can:
  • Help you recognize and embody your own wholeness
  • Tap into a greater field of possibilities, insight, and creativity for yourself and others
  • Contribute to waking up and healing the world and its institutions in ways little and big
  • Strengthen your own resilience, ethical grounding, and integrity in uncertain and morally challenging times
  • Revitalize, deepen, and broaden your meditation practice if you already have one
